Visit our website www.Lacey-YFC.org and login in or register for an account. The registration system will allow you to register for the age appropriate program for your child. Fill out the required information and check out. Payment plans are available if registering prior to June. 

Separate registration documents (report card, medical clearance, and birth certificate) will be required for upload to TeamSideline after you complete your registration.

It is a work bond system where registrants contribute a bond in the form of a parent participation deposit and fulfill volunteer hours in support of the organization. 

The PPD is $150; however, with our new TeamSideline registration portal, a check is no longer required at time of equipment issuance. Instead, by registering with LYFC, you are consenting to complete your required PPD hours. Should you fail to complete ALL your required hours, your account will be charged the $150 PPD on December 1.  A non-volunteer option is also available at the time of registration, in which case the PPD is immediately forfeited.

In addition, any LYFC-issued equipment is due at the required Turn-In Day, following the completion of your season. Should you not return your equipment in a timely fashion, a $200 equipment bond may be charged to your account on December 1.

Tackle Football 

During the summer, practices are four days per week, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 5:30pm-8:30pm. If practice is cancelled due to weather, Friday or Saturday practice will be required to compete that weeks practice hours. When the season begins and school resumes, we will drop down to 3 days of practice. The head coach may also call practice on Saturday mornings.

Flag Football 

During the summer, practices are 3 days per week between Monday and Thursday between the hours of 5:00pm-7:30pm for 90 minutes. When the season begins and school resumes, we will drop down to 2 days of practice.

Tackle Football games are played either Saturday afternoon after 1pm or on Sundays beginning at 9am. (Aug-Nov)

Flag football games have traditionally been played at 7:45 on Sunday mornings. Our Southern Ocean flag pod is currently exploring a move to weeknights - final schedule TBD.  (Aug-Oct)

LYFC Provided Equipment:

• Tackle Football - Helmet (Riddell Speedflex or Zenith X2), shoulder pads (Riddell), personalized game jersey, game pants (integrated pads).
• Flag Football - Personalized game jersey, game shorts, practice flags, game flags

Items Required for Purchase: 

• Tackle Football - Mouthpiece (multiple), cleats, athletic supporter/cup, practice jersey, practice pants, compression shirt with pads.

Hair in ponytail. We strongly encourage LYFC apparel or colors. Must wear a shirt, not just sports bra. Appropriate sneakers. 

Parents are welcome to view outdoor practices from designated areas. Indoor practices are closed to parents; therefore, they are drop-off/pick-up only. Parents will be invited in for previews and showcases as competition season approaches.

We typically do not receive the game schedule from NJAYF until mid-to-late August. We do not create the game schedule. When we receive the information from the NJAYF, we will send it out to our teams - please be patient!
